Responder Relief Fund treats all aid applications and related personal information with the highest level of confidentiality. Information submitted through our aid application process, including financial hardship details, medical information, and personal circumstances, is used solely for the purpose of evaluating and processing your request for assistance.

Application information is shared only with authorized staff and volunteers directly involved in the review and fulfillment process. We do not share applicant details with donors, corporate partners, or the public without your explicit written consent. All personnel with access to application data are bound by strict confidentiality obligations.
