Donation Processing

All donations to Responder Relief Fund are processed securely through our payment platform. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Recurring monthly donation programs

Donations are collected at no processing cost to the donor. All contributions go directly toward our mission to provide Fast, Dignified Financial Support to first responders in crisis.


Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Donation refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In general, refunds may be considered for duplicate or erroneous transactions submitted within 30 days of the original contribution.

Recurring donations may be cancelled at any time by contacting us directly. Cancellations received before the next billing cycle will prevent future charges; charges already processed are subject to our standard refund review.

Grant Disbursement Policies

Responder Relief Fund disburses financial grants directly to eligible first responders, including firefighters, law enforcement officers, EMTs, and paramedics facing urgent financial hardship. Our disbursement process is built on three core principles:
